Salesforce.com customers can now deploy Validar Lead Import for importing tradeshow and event leads within Salesforce.

Validar today announced the availability of Lead Import for salesforce.com's AppExchange. Lead Import provides users with the ability to import clean leads from any lead source without compromising the data integrity of their Salesforce implementation. Built on the Force.com platform, Validar Lead Import for AppExchange is immediately available for test drive and deployment at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange. The announcement was made today at Dreamforce '07, salesforce.com's User and Developer Conference.

Validar Lead Import for AppExchange is a second generation application that provides Salesforce users with a mechanism for importing leads from both online and offline events. Leveraging Validar's solution enables organizations to lower their cost per qualified lead, and reduces time to import leads. Validar's solution contains the following features:

  • De-duping - Exact match and closest matching of leads and contacts
  • Field Level Mapping - Map Validar lead data to the specific filed targets in Salesforce
  • Campaign Assignment - Track effectiveness by assigning the Validar lead source to a campaign
  • Lead Creation - Create leads and leverage your distribution rules
