Acquisition on the heels of recent 'Entrepreneur of the Year' award for LTW Founder, Gil Ortega.

It's all about Web 2.0, and I am about to embark on creating the largest next generation sales force of entrepreneurs on and offline. I think there is so much opportunity today, the Fortune 500 are not as agile and responsive as we plan to be with our next business model that will truly pair advertisers directly to the market, especially in the increasingly growing U.S. Hispanic markets.

Leads to Wealth, Inc. (LTW), a Nevada corporation, was purchased by a private party for an undisclosed amount. The terms of the deal are not public, although the acquisition seems to broaden the holdings and reach for the new owners within the direct sales industry.

Founded in 2003 by Gil Ortega, LTW (http://www.leadstowealth.com/)] quickly became the industry leader in the lead generation space within the direct sales industry. The company experienced unprecedented growth with Ortega at the helm as its President and CEO for over four years. Considering several Network Marketing giants are under its client roster, it's no wonder. Ortega had this to say: "It's with great satisfaction that I witness the next phase for LTW. What started with so little has become an innovative business model that will continue to grow and reap the rewards for its new owners and their customers."

The sale of LTW comes on the heels of a recent, prestigious and highly competitive business award Ortega received, the 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year for the San Diego Region. Always the innovator, Ortega will be a life long entrepreneur and intends to develop and launch many new companies and ventures in his lifetime. When asked what next? Ortega smiled and said, "It's all about Web 2.0, and I am about to embark on creating the largest next generation sales force of entrepreneurs on and offline. I think there is so much opportunity today, the Fortune 500 are not as agile and responsive as we plan to be with our next business model that will truly pair advertisers directly to the market, especially in the increasingly growing U.S. Hispanic markets."

Gil also balances a successful business life as an artist, under the name Rick Bliss. He paints and sells his work to raise money for several charities. Rick Bliss plans to raise over $1,000,000 for charity with a single work of art. Find out how you can help. http://www.rickbliss.com/
