Marketers are increasingly looking for alternative and/or additional channels for content distribution. Marketers and consumers are increasingly engaging in more social sources of information and interaction.

Odden will discuss how to effectively use the new technologies of blogs, podcasting, and RSS to reach and retain customers. In addition to covering the technology of these marketing tools, Odden will share a detailed description of how these techniques quantifiably create exposure opportunities that generate conversion rates that are often higher than other online marketing tools.
