Needles Case Management Software will be attending the ALA Conference and Exposition on April 14-17, 2013 at the Gaylord Resort in National Harbor, MD. The legal case management software product will be demonstrated at Booth #209 on the exposition floor. Needles and the Association of Legal Administrators share a common objective: provide support to professionals who work in law firms. The ALA provides that support through collaborative educational opportunities, leadership development, and a diverse and inclusive sense of community. Needles provides that support though a stable, legal case management product that allows legal administrators to do their jobs more efficiently.
During the course of the four day expo, Needles will be showcasing its customizable case management software. Product features include checklist workflow, custom intakes, reporting, calendaring, document management, conflict of interest checking, time tracking, and more. Joe Zanta, National Sales Manager, will be demonstrating the software’s capabilities and answering questions from the attendees about how Needles can help them work more efficiently, provide insightful reports, and get case workflow automated as much as possible.
Needles Vice President Mary Ellen Bellusci says of the organization and the show, “Needles is very fortunate to have so many loyal clients, many of whom are legal administrators who handle the day to day management of our program. They are truly the ‘boots on the ground’ when it comes to Needles being implemented in a law firm. The Association of Legal Administrators show allows us the opportunity to showcase our cutting edge legal case management product to the individuals most likely to be responsible for ensuring its success in a firm.”
