We've seen a large increase in the number of personal injury claims we are receiving over the last few years. As such, we thought it would best serve these clients if we had a specialised service dedicated to meeting their needs.

Contact Law, the UK’s leading provider of client-solicitor referrals to a network of more than 5,000 UK solicitors, has announced the launch of its dedicated personal injury claims service, Contact Accident Claims. Offering an easy solution for victims of accidents and other personal injuries to get the compensation they are entitled to, Contact Accident Claims puts clients directly in touch with reputable personal injury solicitors offering a no-win, no-fee service.

All of the personal injury solicitors on Contact Accident Claims’ network are regulated by the Law Society and SRA and are committed to providing quality customer service. There are specialist personal injuries solicitors for all types of claims, including workplace accidents, road accidents and suing public authorities for slips, trips and falls.

Director of Contact Law, James Vintin, explains the reasons behind providing a dedicated personal injury service. “Contact Law has been in the business of helping people claim compensation for personal injuries for many years now. Our extensive experience has taught us that personal injury claims are a very specialised area of law and require dedicated specialist professionals.”

Approximately 60-80 clients approach the company for help with their personal injury claims each month, and this number is ever growing. Vintin continues, “We’ve seen a large increase in the number of personal injury claims we are receiving over the last few years. As such, we thought it would best serve these clients if we had a specialised service dedicated to meeting their needs.”

Having helped more than 1,600 clients with their personal injury claims since Contact Law’s establishment in 2006, Contact Law thinks they have got their service just right. Outlining the process for using the Contact Accident Claims service Vintin states: “A client can either leave their details on our website for a prompt call back or they can call us. Our knowledgeable client advisors can then discuss their situation with them and advise whether they think it’s a suitable matter to speak to a solicitor about.”

From there, Contact Accident Claims will search its network of carefully selected no-win, no-fee solicitors for the best solicitor for the job. “We can search based on the type of claim, the experience the solicitor has, the price or funding need of the client and their location” says Vintin. Once the client’s situation has been appraised, if apposite they will be put straight into contact with a personal injury solicitor. Contact Accident Claims will then follow up to make sure things are going well.

The Contact Accident Claims service is free for clients to use. In the competitive field of personal injury claims, it is essential to stand out. What differentiates Contact Accident Claims from other Claims Management Companies (CMCs) is that they won’t charge clients for their services. Contact Accident Claims’ network of no-win, no-fee personal injury solicitors guarantee that their clients will receive 100% of their compensation. “This is important,” explains Vintin, “given the occurrence of people losing some of their compensation payout on unexpected legal costs and commissions that they weren’t aware they would have to pay.”

The participating solicitors pay to be on Contact Accident Claim’s respected solicitor network, usually in subscription fees and referral fees; these fees are not passed on to the client, guaranteeing the solicitor’s independence in dealing with client’s claims and ensuring they will act in their best interests.

The new service aims to expand on the success Contact Law has already had in getting clients with other legal issues – from employment, property and family matters to commercial and sports law – quickly in touch with specialist solicitors. Contact Accident Claims offers a quick, easy and free method of contacting personal injury lawyers and getting a personal injury compensation claim started.

Contact Accident Claims has personal injury solicitors UK-wide. This offers clients a distinct advantage of being in contact with a solicitor in their local area, more often than not in their own town. Many clients prefer this option, as it allows them to meet face-to-face with their solicitor, rather than dealing with them over the phone or by email.

The new Contact Accident Claims site,, has now been launched and is already taking over much of Contact Law’s personal injury referrals service. For other types of claims, Contact Law’s main site - - can help clients seek specialist lawyers and professionals across all areas of law.
