Ms. Jacquelynn Leggett, with Strategy Bridge International, has been recognized for her service on the 2012 Board of Examiners for the U.S. Senate Productivity and Quality Award (SPQA) for Virginia. As a member of the Board of Examiners, Ms. Leggett was responsible for reviewing and evaluating applications from organizations applying for the Award. "Jacquelynn has been an active member of the Board since her selection over a year ago. Her knowledge of technology and processes has been beneficial to both the Board and our clients." commented Paul AmRhein, Vice President of Business Development for Strategy Bridge.

The Board is composed of approximately 60 expertly trained individuals selected from industry, education, health care, the nonprofit sector, including government, and professional and trade organizations throughout the Commonwealth and the District of Columbia. Individuals selected to serve as Examiners meet high standards of qualification and peer recognition. All members of the Board must attend rigorous training in the evaluation and scoring processes based on the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. "Ms. Leggett's membership on this very selective panel reflects not only her professional capabilities, but also her level of professionalism." continued AmRhein.

SPQA Awards are presented annually to participating organizations in Manufacturing, Service, Small Business, Education, Health Care, and Nonprofit, including government. The Award was established by the United States Senate in 1982 for organizations that exhibit exemplary performance. The Commonwealth's effort, patterned after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, is the oldest continuous state program of its kind. U.S. Senators James Webb and Mark Warner serve as honorary Chairs of Virginia’s SPQA Program.

Ms. Leggett was recognized for her service at a Reception held on September 10, 2012, in Richmond, Virginia, in conjunction with the annual Virginia Forum for Excellence.
