Lerner and Rowe Gives Back is Teeing Up to Support the Arizona Chapter of the American Cancer Society at the 12th Annual Coach and Willie’s Charity Golf Classic

Lerner and Rowe Gives back believes that no person should have to go without treatment or care because they cannot afford to pay for it.

Lerner and Rowe Gives Back is a proud sponsor of the Coach and Willie’s Restaurant and Sports Bar’s 12th Annual Charity Golf Classic that will be held on Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Ocotillo Golf Resort. Registration is open at 11:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Golfers are also invited to attend an awards dinner and silent auction immediately after the tournament. All net proceeds raised will be donated to the Arizona Chapter of the American Cancer Society.

“Cancer is such an invasive disease that affects people of all ages and income levels. Lerner and Rowe Gives Back was founded in part to help those in need through acts of compassion and charitable deeds. Last year’s charity tournament had over 200 golfers participate and helped raise over $7,000 to help fight cancer and support those affected by the disease. The golf tournament, dinner and silent auction hosted by Coach and Willie’s is a 100% volunteer operated event with all net profits going to the Arizona Chapter of the American Cancer Society. The Coach and Willie’s Annual Charity Golf Classic was started 12 years ago to honor the memory of William “Willie” C. Stoltz after he passed away from cancer. “Willie” Stoltz was father to Coach and Willie’s restaurant owner and tourney host Eric Stoltz. After Willie passed, Coach and Willie’s started the tourney to raise money to support the research and patient relief programs and services of the Arizona Chapter of the American Cancer Society. The annual event is 100% volunteer operated and includes a golf tournament, post party and silent auction with all net proceeds donated to the charity.
