According to a Gartner report published in October, 2006 entitled "Forecast: Remote IT Monitoring and Management Services, Worldwide, 2005-2010," the market for remote IT monitoring managed services is forecast to reach nearly US $36 billion within the next several years, for a compound annual growth rate of 32 percent from 2005 through 2010.

"The market for remote monitoring managed services is well established and growing," said Stan Schreyer, Vice President of Sales for North America at Exinda Networks. "Our partnership with Level Platforms helps fulfill our vision of equipping IT solutions providers with all the tools they need to be successful in selling managed services in this important emerging market."

Exinda's distinctive approach to optimizing application performance is called Unified Performance Management (UPM) which integrates WAN optimization, application acceleration, application visibility and application response time measurements features onto a single appliance. Exinda's UPM solution has been integrated into Managed Workplace's central dashboard that provides the solution provider with complete visibility on application performance of their customers' IT infrastructure.

"We are proud to welcome an exceptional organization such as Exinda Networks to the Level Platforms Vendor Partner Program," said Ryck Marciniak, Director of Vendor Alliances for Level Platforms. "The integration of Exinda's technology with Level Platform's Managed Workplace® will be highly useful to IT solutions providers as it will help differentiate their service offering to mid-sized enterprise customers."
