Community members may now connect with one another in real-time, through the Group Chat feature. The Integrated AJAX-based chat system requires no downloads or plug-ins of any kind.
Integrated Opinion Polls
Community administrators may now better solicit and understand the opinions and ideas of their community members by creating and delivering opinion polls. Multiple polls may be activated at one time, and data is summarized in real-time. The real-time polling enables Leverage Software clients to better enable the voice of the customer.
Group Reporting and Moderation
Administrators may immediately review group activity in aggregate, or drill-down. All items may be moderated.
Improved Customization and Configurability
Show, hide, or rename features with one click. Community owners may now customize the navigation section of their system, and activate, deactivate, and rename features with one click.
These newly released features are additive to Leverage Software’s already robust social-networking and community platform which is powering the communities of more than 100 companies across technology, media and consumer industries.
