"Our philosophy at the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation is to support innovative leaders for change who are using entrepreneurial approaches to solve problems in their communities," said Chloe Holderness, Managing Director of the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation. "As such, we see a common goal with the Social Enterprise Alliance. We are thrilled to form this partnership that will allow us to utilize our access to legal resources to support SEA member enterprises that are having a clear and positive social and environmental impact."

"The Social Enterprise Alliance is committed to providing its members with legal expertise from the nation's top law firms. Our emerging partnership with the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation will offer first-class legal assistance to social enterprises that will enable them to carry out their vision."
