Rocco Forte Balmoral Hotel is centrally located on Princes Street in the heart of the business and shopping district of Edinburgh, Scotland, just next to Waverley Station. An iconic luxury hotel, its majestic clock tower has been a city landmark for over 100 years. In refurbishing the hotel, noted designer Olga Polizzi has respected the historic nature of the building while bringing a blend of colors from the Scottish countryside, giving the hotel a more contemporary feel. Many of the 188 rooms and suites have views towards Edinburgh Castle, the Old Town or the internal courtyard. Among the dining choices are Michelin-starred “number one” offering outstanding cuisine by Chef Jeff Bland; Hadrian's for chic and informal dining; Palm Court for traditional afternoon tea; the Bollinger Bar; and the newly refurbished Balmoral Bar. For relaxation, the hotel offers The Balmoral Spa by ESPA with five treatment rooms, a 15-meter swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. There are also ten conference and banqueting suites with natural daylight.

Situated in Manchester, England, on the banks of the River Irwell in the recently developed Chapel Wharf area, Rocco Forte Hotel Lowry is located next to Calatrava's landmark Trinity Bridge, with easy access to central Manchester and the city’s main shopping and commercial districts. With its dramatic, curved, glass-fronted façade, it makes a bold, contemporary architectural statement. All 164 rooms and suites, many with river views, are equipped with the latest facilities for both business and leisure guests, including high-speed Internet access, interactive satellite TV, and iPod docking stations. Offering an unpretentious approach to top-quality dining, The River Restaurant serves classic British dishes using the finest local and seasonal ingredients with five-star flair. The Spa at The Hotel Lowry provides a wide selection of treatments, as well as relaxation rooms, a gym, sauna, and health suite. Meeting and conference facilities can accommodate up to 400 people.

The recently opened Fasano Boa Vista is part of a luxurious complex just one hour from the center of São Paulo, Brazil. Designed by renowned Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, it comprises 52 rooms and suites, all with spacious balconies. Among the dining options are the Fasano Hotel Restaurant, serving Italian cuisine; the more informal Boa Vista Restaurant by the pool; the Snooker Bar and the Lobby Bar.
