Lincoln Property Company , one of the country's largest commercial real estate firms, announced today that Paul Danko was named senior vice president to oversee and manage the operations of the firm's Greater Baltimore Region.

Prior to joining Lincoln Property Co., Danko was a managing member of Paddington Properties, a Baltimore-based real estate development company. At Paddington Properties, Danko specialized in the redevelopment of automobile dealerships.

Danko began his career in Baltimore in 1988 with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. He later worked with the Trammell Crow Company from 1999 to 2003 where he was responsible for a wide range of real estate services, focusing primarily on brokerage.

In 2003, Danko opened the Baltimore office of The Staubach Company, where he served as a vice president responsible for industrial user representation for Staubach's Northeast Region.

In recent years, The Baltimore Business Journal recognized Danko as a “Heavy Hitter” and the Co-No. 1 Real Estate Agent in the Baltimore area for closed transactions in 2004.

He is a past member of the Maryland Economic Development Commission and is active in the community, where he serves on various boards for charities and youth organizations.

Danko received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At UNC, Danko was a member of the 1981 and 1982 NCAA Division I National Championship Lacrosse teams.
