Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) have chosen the LineView system from operations management leader, LineView Solutions Ltd (http://www.lineview.com) as the standard production line monitoring system for its European Supply Chain Division. The LineView system has already been implemented on 30 production lines across CCE Europe and it will be rolling out across the rest of the production lines in the CCE European Group.

Richard Davies, Vice President of European Operations says of LineView, "We chose the LineView system after a 12-month benchmarking process to identify a cutting edge solution that would best enable our teams to take effective actions to improve operations management. The power of LineView is in the speed with which teams can identify the real losses to efficiency whilst providing the drill-down necessary for highly effective problem solving. With the operational support of the LineView Solutions team we have seen performance increases of up to 20% in less than 24 months."

LineView will be used as part of an ongoing strategic improvement programme to pinpoint opportunities and increase production line efficiencies. Based on current installations, LineView Solutions believe that the implementation will help CCE significantly improve its operation management.

"We are very pleased to have been chosen as the solution provider for CCE's demand for production line monitoring," says Ian Rowledge of LineView Solutions. "We look forward to continuing to work closely with CCE and further enhancing the LineView system to maintain it as The Best Production Line Monitoring System."

As part of a three-year development project, LineView Solutions will work closely with CCE to further enhance the functionality of the system to meet the ongoing demands of the company.

Coca-Cola Enterprises has manufacturing sites in four European countries and is the exclusive Coca-Cola bottler for all of Begium, continental France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco, and The Netherlands, making it the biggest manufacturer of soft drinks in Europe.
