Linkage, a global leadership development company, announced today that it is expanding its international reach by establishing a new office in Mexico City, Mexico. This partnership strengthens Linkage’s growing presence throughout the world and confirms Linkage’s commitment to developing leaders on a global level.

Linkage’s office in Mexico City will conduct business under the name Linkage Mexico & Central America and will be led by Rafael Campos Hernandez, Gerardo Garza Ortiz, and Beatriz Zaldivar.
Rafael has more than twenty years of experience in the fields of education, human development, learning technologies, leadership development, and coaching. Gerardo has over 22 years of experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning, professional development, recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Beatriz has extensive experience designing and delivering HR and OD processes designed to enhance workplace performance at all levels of staffing to sustain future growth.
