'It was easy to add team members to my account to maximize our mobile sales efficiency, and now we all have real-time access to the reports and options we need when interacting face-to-face with our customers.' - Matt Baltes of Memory Products

Oxnard, CA (PRWEB) September 17, 2013

transmodus, the payments technology company that powers linked2pay, today announced the addition of GPS to facilitate improved mobile workforce payment acceptance using iOS or Android devices. The linked2pay app knows the delivery address and when a delivery person is at that location one click on a map pin retrieves the amount due and other merchant specified data to accept a card present or ACH payment.

Here is the simple process:

  • Delivery person touches a map pin on app.
  • Retrieves amount and other merchant specified data.
  • Option to add a tip.
  • Swipe Card (ACH is also available).
  • Customer authorizes & signs.
  • Automatically stores signatures in payment history.
  • Automatically emails receipt to customer when payment is submitted.
  • Updates merchant’s system by upload or API connection.

"I do most of my business in the field, at schools, interacting with students and parents. Before I found linked2pay, the tools available to me for accepting payments could not fit my needs. With linked2pay, I have found a solution that works. It was easy to add my team members to my account to maximize our mobile sales efficiency, and now we all have real-time access to the reports and options we need when interacting face-to-face with one or even dozens of students and parents at a time," according to Matt Baltes of Memory Products.

linked2pay is a bundled solutions platform that combines mobile, online forms, email and a virtual terminal for the acceptance of credit card and ACH payments. Merchants pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited users per merchant account, and there is $0.00 in fees added to any credit card transactions processed through linked2pay.

"The simple processing of payments has long been a challenge for anyone in the mobile workforce. Our approach delivers the user-friendly and secure solution that has been lacking. It is great to see the look on the face of a merchant when he sees it work the first time. It is a real aha moment," according to Jay McShirley, CEO of transmodus.
