Listrak, a leading email marketing solutions provider announced a new release to its web-based email marketing platform. Listrak Release 4.10 includes a number of time-saving and usability features to make its clients’ jobs easier and their email marketing campaigns more effective, consistent and accurate. It also has a number of new features that will make it faster and easier than ever to create and manage subscribers.
The updated administrative functionality of the 4.10 release includes the ability to assign multiple users rights for managing users, list access, and template access. Admins can also assign list and template access during the import or creation process, eliminating the extra steps needed to go back and assign rights after the items have been created.
Version 4.10 has the added ability to define a new subject line for SecondPass messages; SecondPass was included in the previous release and is the feature to send a second message to those who did not open the original message to increase read rates; on the confirmation page, without having to edit the saved message. Other time-saving features include a “save as” icon enabling users to more easily reuse existing email conversations and the ability to add profiling data to plain text exports of user level reports, as well as on-the-fly spell check.
Listrak has also expanded the number of reports available through its API, including, Message Contact Open, Read, Click, PassAlong, and List Contact Hygiene.
