The proprietary product, called DSihold, is a centralized system that allows managers to easily notify custodians of a legal hold, track acknowledgements and send updates and escalations.

DSihold is deployed behind a company’s firewall and integrated with the company intranet. DSihold’s flexibility allows DSi to engineer customizations within enterprise environments.
DSihold allows companies to assign credentials for each administrator, manager and reviewer. Featuring detailed reporting capabilities, the platform can track multiple cases, and it shows the number of custodians, who has received acknowledgements and who has replied and when. It also provides customizable automated emails for communication, reminders and escalations.
