I am pleased to welcome a distinguished line-up of speakers to talk about current economic conditions and projections in the Livermore and Tri-Valley region and the effects on opportunities and challenges of job growth, housing and infrastructure.

The Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce is hosting the first in its 2017 Wine Country Luncheon series on Wednesday May 24 at the LARPD Robert Livermore Community Center. The event will feature an expo starting at 10:30 a.m. The luncheon program starts at noon.

“I am pleased to welcome a distinguished line-up of speakers to talk about current economic conditions and projections in the Livermore and Tri-Valley region and the effects on opportunities and challenges of job growth, housing and infrastructure,” said Dawn Argula, LVCC CEO.

Featured speakers include Darien Louie from the East Bay Economic Development Alliance; Will Doerlich from Bay East Association of Realtors and a representative from the Office of Innovation and Economic Development at the city of Livermore. Gurbax Sahota from the California Association for Local Economic Development will moderate the program.

The popular LVCC monthly luncheon series is set at various venues throughout the beautiful Livermore Valley wine region. Held May through September, the luncheon themes include topics and issues relevant to the dynamic economy at the local, regional, state and national levels.
