Living Christian's customers have quickly adopted the modern, digital format of Bible study as a quick and fun way to focus on daily devotions. Customers receive more than $300 worth of eBook content from leading Christian content providers, powerful Bible-search tools to locate verses and topics instantly, and lessons and quizzes to help them deepen and strengthen their understanding of the Bible. In addition, Living Christian includes full texts of the King James Holy Bible and the New Revised Standard Holy Bible as well as entire manuscripts by some of the most renowned Christian scholars. The four-level program helps take Christian students from spiritual novice to Bible expert in a short amount of time.

"In the past seven years, Americans have become increasingly busy," said Andrea Scarnecchia, Vice President - Product Marketing for Living Christian. "The hectic pace of life has left many well-intended Christians with less time for spiritual pursuits than they would like. By providing our customers with daily devotions and Bible study in an accessible, digital format, we are helping them renew their faith within the constraints of their everyday lives."

Scarnecchia also cited a recent NRF: ComScore Networks study that showed online Christian retail grew 24 percent in 2006, and that according to a recent Harris Interactive study, more Americans are attending church than before. Approximately one-third (35 percent) of all adults claim to attend a religious service once a month or more often, including 26 percent who say they attend every week or more often, according to the study.

"We are proud to provide Christians with structured, daily devotionals at an affordable price. Our customers find it easier to make getting closer to God a priority in their lives, and their Living Christian study offers them a sanctuary in the midst of today's distractions," said Scarnecchia.
