Join Susan Nattrass Thursday February 17th at 11 a.m. for a complimentary seminar to learn about Women Money & the Law. Pre-registration Required
Women play a variety of roles in their lifetime. For example, depending on her unique circumstances, a woman may be a daughter, an aunt, a wife, a friend, a mother, a grandmother or even a great-grandmother.
Traditionally, especially in her family relationships, a woman is likely the nurturer or caregiver. While she is busy meeting the needs of others, a woman may forget to take care of her own needs . . . even needs as fundamental as her own Life & Estate Planning.
If you have minor children, what legal arrangements have you made for their care in the event they become orphans? Who will provide a safe and secure home for them, as well as help develop their moral character? Who will manage their inheritance and protect it for them and from them? If you have not answered these questions for yourself, this seminar is for you.
Please join Susan D. Nattrass for a complimentary seminar specifically addressing the unique Estate Planning needs of woman.
When: Tuesday, February 17th, 2009 at 11:00 am
Where: 843 2nd Street Suite A Encinitas
At Living Trust can eliminate the time and cost of probate and will protect your estate if you become incapacitated by avoiding a conservatorship. This means your estate will be managed as you see fit, not as a court-appointed conservator sees fit. We will review of the use of Living Trusts, and the need to coordinate insurance and retirement assets with the rest of your Estate Plan. Avoiding probate and living Wills will also be discussed.

Susan D. Nattrass is committed to educating women on estate planning issues in order to preserve not only their assets but their relationships. She advises her clients that there is more to estate planning than transferring wealth, minimizing taxes or protecting assets from creditors, and encourages those with elderly parents to talk to them while they are still able to state their requests. Additionally, she counsels members of the in-between generation--those taking care of both children and aging parents--to develop their own estate plan to provide for their children.
Susan believes that a professionally prepared estate plan can make the difference between family feuds versus family harmony, as well as losing versus retaining assets. Peace of mind and protection of assets and relationships are her ultimate aims.
Since 1994, Susan has been assisting individuals and businesses with their needs in the areas of estate planning and asset protection, trust administration, business entity formation and business succession planning. Her practice has a strong focus on creation, protection and disposition of her clients' assets, and she is committed to removing the fear and stigma many families have about estate planning. To this end, she finds education to be an effective tool, and holds ongoing seminars as well as posts short articles on her website at http://www.SusanNattrass.com.
