London, UK (PRWEB UK) 11 October 2012
Language Line Services has been awarded a position on the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) framework contract for interpreting and translation services.
The NHS framework enables any public sector organisation to secure language support under a single contractual agreement that guarantees both the quality and value for money of the services provided.
Language Line Services have been providing high quality language solutions to the public sector for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience in tailoring their service to achieve the correct balance between quality and value.
Under the NHS SBS framework, the organisation will be in a position to provide public sector organisations across the country with telephone, face-to-face, British Sign Language and video interpreting services.
Simon Yoxon-Grant, Sales & Marketing Director of Language Line Services said, “To be awarded a place on this framework for a second time is great news for the company and will enable us to build on recent contract wins in London and the North West”.
He added “Existing clients have been able to reduce their face-to-face interpreting spend by up to 70% by working with our highly experienced team. In all cases, quality of service has been maintained at the highest level. We’re looking forward to working with a new group of clients to deliver the same benefit”.
The NHS Shared Business Services contract has a history of delivering consistent value and offers public sector organisations a simple, robust, and contractually compliant means of procuring language services from a pre-approved list of organisations without incurring the significant expense associated with a procurement exercise.
