Consilium Staffing, LLC was developed by a group of devout individuals with congruent beliefs and values. They believed in the concept and assembled the necessary tools to bring Consilium to its current state of success. One of these individuals was Matthew Baade. Consilium Staffing is proud to announce the promotion of Matthew Baade to Executive Vice President and Managing Partner.
Baade brings significant experience and leadership to his new role, and has more than 10 years in the healthcare staffing industry. Baade entered in the industry in 2002 as a physician recruiting consultant, and has since worked in many different roles covering virtually all aspects of the locum tenens business. He holds a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations and a B.S. in Psychology from Texas Christian University, as well as, a J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University Law School. Before joining Consilium, Baade briefly left the locum tenens industry to practice law as a medical malpractice defense attorney in Dallas.
“Matthew has taken the lead by clearly demonstrating to his colleagues his commitment, belief, abilities and passion for success since the inception of Consilium Staffing and I am confident that he will lead the organization to new heights.” said Joe Hawkins.
“Working with Consilium has been the greatest highlight of my career. I am excited and honored to be taking on this new role,” said Baade. “We have big plans for the future, including an aggressive growth plan which will result in a higher level of service, more options for our clients and providers, and increased opportunity for our own team-members. The key to our success, however, will be our continued focus on service and being a true partner for the clients and physicians that we serve.”
The term, "locum tenens" is a Latin phrase that means to "hold the place of." Consilium Staffing assists hospitals, primary care offices, urgent care centers, correctional institutions, and other healthcare facilities, when those facilities are under-staffed by partnering with physicians, nurse practitioners, and/or physician assistants who are able to provide coverage on a temporary or contract basis.
