Tried and True Steps for BPM Success.
AUSTIN, Texas (PRWEB) September 12, 2007
Gartner's BPM Summit is designed to offer strategies and tactics for both business and IT professionals to help their companies learn about how to get the most value out of BPM initiatives.
Mr. Farrukh Humayan, VP enterprise architect at National City Corporation, one of the nation's largest financial holding companies, has been selected by Gartner to share his company's experiences with BPM. Mr. Humayan will be featured on a case study panel session entitled "Customer Panel: BPM as a Management Discipline," on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, in the JW Marriott Grande Lakes, salon "4" at 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. EST. During the session, Mr. Humayan and other panelists will present real-world insight on BPM as a management discipline: change management, organizational design, cultural impact, best practices and more.
Additionally, Mr. Flournoy Henry, senior BPM application manager at Aflac, will present his company's BPM experiences in a Lombardi hosted case study session during the conference. During the session, entitled "How Aflac Drives Productivity and Efficiency with BPM," Mr. Henry will review how Aflac made the initial case for BPM, discuss how they deliver projects quickly and continuously, and share best practices and lessons learned from the various projects that they have implemented to date. The case study session is being held on Monday, September 17, 2007, in the JW Marriott Grande Lakes, salon "1 & 2" at 12:05 - 12:30 p.m. EST.
Immediately prior to Mr. Henry's case study session, Lombardi's EVP and Chief Technology Officer Phil Gilbert will present "Tried and True Steps for BPM Success." During the session, Mr. Gilbert will provide guidance for identifying and selecting the right BPM technology, how to apply the best project deployment approach and tactics for getting everyone in the company aligned around the solution. Customer deployments will be profiled during this informative solution provider session. The session is being held on Monday, September 17, 2007, in the JW Marriott Grande Lakes, salon "1 & 2" from 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon EST.
