(PRWEB UK) 21 June 2013
Disco fans across the vibrant London nightlife scene are looking forward to see the legendary Candi Stanton live at the Jazz Café on Saturday 29th June.
The singer has layed her vocals on over x16 hit R&B/Pop songs between 1969-1974 leading to various Grammy-nominations over the years. Leaving the mainstream world behind the star has dominated the gospel scene with positive ‘God’ inspired anthems, which are rarely played across any R&B clubs in London.
However Candi’s songs have always has a positive impact like her huge anthem ‘You Got The Love’ which has been released numerous times and constantly a UK Top Ten hit. It charted in 1991, 1997 and again in 2006 with various remixes keeping it club friendly and most recently Florence & the Machine had major success with the song.
Candi has a massive following across the House music scene and her underground hit ‘Hallelujah Anyway’ dominated Ibiza and major venues last year courtesy of Defected Records who signed the single.
Tickets for her show at the Jazz Café are priced at £25 in advance and if your lucky enough she might sing her classic nightclubs in London anthem ‘Young Hearts Run Free’.

London Groove steadily grew and has since worked with many night clubs in London and expanded their music policy at their club nights to include Funky House, 90’s Old Skool, Party Anthems and Club Classics.
