“Our objective, since founding the Longshore Injury Hotline nearly 10 years ago, has always been to make information the Longhshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act easily accessible and without any cost or obligation” said Long Beach Longshore Act Attorney Charles D. To qualify to win and iPhone 5, be among the first 500 people to download the free Longshore Injury Hotline mobile app, and create a user account. One winner will be drawn at random when 500 user accounts are created.
“The mobile app helps us meet our objective more efficiently than ever before,” said Naylor. “We hope this sweepstakes will bring more awareness about the app and ultimately help the hundreds of thousands of longshore workers who work under potentially dangerous conditions understand their rights.”
The mobile app is now available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. Development for Android is currently underway and will soon be available on Google Play.
