Kobie Marketing, a leading loyalty marketing and technology agency, today announced it won three 2009 Summit Marketing Effectiveness Awards for its work on the Perks Advantage web site, Verizon Business Link Rewards postcard, and FairPoint Communications Business Rewards statement. The award honors marketing communications that change, influence, or reinforce a target audience’s knowledge, attitudes or beliefs and demonstrate exceptional marketing effectiveness.
The Perks Advantage web site was redesigned to promote the Perks Advantage credit card loyalty program and won based on its user-friendly design and effectiveness. The navigation delivers a user experience not found in similar loyalty program sites. And, the results have been impressive. Since the web site’s launch, customer engagement has increased 300% and customer spend has increased 83%.
The Verizon postcard was designed to increase member engagement in the Verizon Business Links Rewards loyalty program and won because of its outstanding creative and exceptional response. The postcard urged Verizon’s business customers to shop on Verizon’s Online Mall, answer surveys, and provide e-mail addresses. The campaign generated a 62% increase in sales, 4.2% survey response rate, and a 41% increase in opt-in e-mail addresses. The campaign’s response rates were well above the industry standard of 1%.
The FairPoint Communications statement was created to drive member engagement in the FairPoint Business Rewards program and was selected because of its engaging creative design and unusually high response rate. The campaign resulted in a 46% increase in reward redemptions and a 58% increase in member engagement with the program.
