LPB Energy Management(LPB) announced today that BNSF Railway Company(BNSF) signed a seven-year contract for comprehensive energy and utility management services. LPB will help BNSF measure, report and reduce energy costs and usage to further support their commitment to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Contracted services include utility invoice processing, verification and payment with advanced reporting through LPB’s Utility Manager™ software. Additionally, LPB will provide ENERGY STAR® benchmarking, detailed utility bill audit services and strategic energy procurement where opportunity exists.
