LPB Energy Management today announced it is expanding operations to meet increasing client demand for its utility bill audit services. In November, 2008 LPB's office in Santa Rosa, California relocated to a larger facility to accommodate growth.

For nearly 20 years LPB's expert staff have centrally captured and analyzed historical utility bills--including electricity, natural gas, water, wastewater, storm water and alternative energy accounts--with its unique and proprietary audit methodology. Clients can choose to supply copies of their historical utility bills or, for clients utilizing LPB's bill processing services, auditors can access real-time utility information stored in LPB's innovative Utility Managerâ„¢ software database. This innovative service has resulted in millions of dollars of total savings in the form of credits, refunds and future savings while enabling LPB clients to focus on their core business.

"Our bill audit service is an incredible value, especially in our current economy where there is a heavy focus on cost savings," said Guy Roland, Director of Audit Services at LPB. "Prospective clients have zero risk, only paying a percentage of uncovered savings. We also continue to help clients with competitive supply and optimizing rates and tariffs to ensure future invoices are as low as possible."

"Our dozens of properties nationwide are serviced by numerous utilities," said Terry Phillips, Senior Vice President at Fairfield Properties, LP. "In addition to reducing utility costs through competitive supply, LPB audits have helped us save hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years with no out of pocket cost."
