People love success, everyone wants to be rich but many are not prepared to work for it, thats why the lottery is so popular.

For those living the dream, life is pretty good. But it's not great for everyone.

In times of austerity measures and cut backs, many people are struggling. The news and media are reporting on the tough times with less and less focus being applied to positive things and the enjoyment life can bring.

Some people call it materialistic, others call it showing off, but the team at YoungAndMinted.com believe that they are inspiring people during this recession.

With a very 'tongue in cheek' name like YoungAndMinted.com the website was sure to raise a few eyebrows and was quickly picked up by the BBC news shortly after it launched a few months ago.

They are already onto a flying start with an announcement made yesterday that they have smashed their first target of 200 photos tagged #youngandminted.

"People love success, everyone wants to be rich but many are not prepared to work for it, thats why the lottery is so popular. For those who do make it, it's a proud moment enjoying the luxuries that they can now afford, so we decided to put together a photo sharing site to enable people to share their lifestyles with others to inspire them to do the same." A member of the Young And Minted Team announced.

"YoungAndMinted.com isn't designed to change the world, but if it can inspire some people in the UK and worldwide by showing that others are living that lifestyle now, then we have done what we have set out to do. Sure it could be considered materialistic and won't be for everyone, but again we are not trying to change the world. We are just aiming to inspire people to better their lives by seeing that others are living that lifestyle right now as we speak." A member of the YoungAndMinted.com team continued.

The site has caused a fair bit of controversy with not everyone agreeing with the message, but it's having a great effect on many people who are already sharing their photos and letting other people in on their lifestyles of luxury.
