LYNK Capital managed over $17,000,000 in Assets (AUM) during the second quarter and all real estate assets in the portfolio are secured by first liens. The overall portfolio average loan to value (LTV) is currently 31%, with a targeted range not to exceed 60% LTV.

LYNK Capital makes loans on single family investment properties, commercial real estate purchases, multi-family project developments, fix and flips, or to secure short-term financing for an opportunistic and/or transition property, in order to secure long-term financing at a later date. All loans are backed by first liens on marketable real estate.
The Fund provides bridge loans or interim financing for renovation and construction projects in addition to making direct investments in real estate assets. These loans are offered for a short term period, typically 6 months to 2 years. The loan is typically utilized until the borrower can secure a more traditional loan, once the renovation or construction is complete.
To clearly demonstrate their confidence level in the overall Fund structure and lending strategy, the leadership team has made significant personal investments in the Fund, literally standing side-by-side with investors.
