Louis Kreisberg has been a principal figure in the insurance industry since 1984 and has led a number of pioneering efforts to create innovative financing structures for life assets. Prior to founding Madison Strategic Partners, Mr. Kreisberg was a partner in Pacifica LLC, where he led efforts to originate and finance over $6 billion of policies, executed over $4 billion in policy sales and, through an affiliated company, acquired over $10 billion for its servicing platform. As a principal at Park Venture Advisors, Mr. Kreisberg designed bank-funded finance programs for insurance assets, structuring one of the first annuity-based programs with a major European bank and subsequently utilizing close to $1 billion of funding. He also led the origination and funding of over $6 billion of assets with international banks and private capital sources.
