The Week Magazine Names Danielle Yuen as Marketing Director
Condé Nast Veteran Joins America's
Fastest-Growing News and Opinion Magazine
NEW YORK (Business Wire EON/PRWEB ) February 5, 2008 --
THE WEEK (www.theweekdaily.com),
America's fastest growing news and opinion magazine, has appointed
Danielle Yuen as marketing director. Based in New York City, Yuen is
responsible for overseeing marketing operations, including
promotional/collateral materials and merchandising, as well as signature
events and research.
Yuen previously served as creative services director at SELF
magazine, where she managed the promotional and merchandising programs
and was named SELF’s
“Marketer of the Year”
in 2004. Before joining SELF, Yuen
worked at Meredith Corporation as
promotions director for More Magazine.
Prior, Yuen served as marketing manager for the Primedia
Teen Internet Group, Parade
Publications, and was merchandising manager for Better
Homes & Gardens.

Yuen graduated from St. Joseph’s College in
Brooklyn, NY with a Bachelor of Mathematics. She completed graduate
course work in Direct Marketing at New York University.
