Fame 101 Author & Platform Strategy Founder to Address California’s Brightest

Fame 101 Author, Maggie Jessup

I was invited to speak with the expectation that Mensans, by definition extraordinary people, will make great use of the Platform Strategy personal branding and publicity concepts. These are high-potential people who can have a big impact.

Author Maggie Jessup, founder of the publicity boutique Platform Strategy, is slated to address California’s brightest at Mensa’s 2010 Los Angeles GLAAM Conference at the Warner Center Marriott on February 13 at 4:00 PM.

Mensa attendees, with membership requiring a top 2% IQ, will discover how to use their gift to become a nationally recognized leading voice of any professional field with compelling personal branding and celebrity level publicity.

Jessup’s presentation is based on her new book Fame 101 wherein she reveals that the promotion, business, and branding models of Martha Stewart, Barack Obama, Suze Orman, Billy Graham, Sarah Palin, America’s best-known gardener, and 75 other of America’s Most-Notable all follow the same formula for professional success.

The book’s premise and Maggie’s message is that the elite one percent of every field are as adept at publicity and personal branding as any Hollywood celebrity or Washington politician. Further, the book advises that any remarkable person can use the same formula to join that elite success level.

“I was invited to speak with the expectation that Mensans, by definition extraordinary people, will make great use of the Platform Strategy personal branding and publicity concepts,” said Maggie Jessup. “These are high-potential people who can have a big impact given the right information and tools.”

The Mensa event is the first stop on Jessup’s Fame 101 Southern California book tour February 13 to February 21.
