Loren Ridinger and La La Anthony Launch their Fall/Winter 2012 Makeup Collection to Rave Reviews

Creator Loren Ridinger showcases the collection inspired by the fashion-forward trends of the 1920s, in addition to new offerings from Motives® for La La and international expansion of the award-winning cosmetics brand.

In front of a captive audience of more than 20,000, Market America Senior Vice President Loren Ridinger unveiled the much-anticipated Fall/Winter 2012 collection of her award-winning cosmetics brand, Motives by Loren Ridinger.

The collection pulls its inspiration from the 1920s, combining the era’s risqué individuality with today’s sexy, modern feel. Featuring a vast assortment of products – from eyeshadows and eye liners to lipsticks and lip shines – that include dual benefits, the collection is sure to provide makeup lovers with the perfect look for the upcoming holiday season.

Women of the 1920s were defined by newfound freedom and individuality. The looks of the era were highlighted by bold colors that captured attention. The period fascinated Ridinger so much that she chose to make it the centerpiece of this season’s collection.

“The feeling of individuality, of empowerment, is something that speaks to me,” Ridinger said. “It’s not only the classic looks that these women ushered in. These women paved the way for others, including myself, to break from conventional thinking and become hopeless successes.”

The new offerings not only provide great, fashionable colors inspired by the latest trends, but also affordable prices making Motives by Loren Ridinger products accessible to the masses.

Ridinger also introduced the newest product launches for the Motives for La La makeup line. Introduced during Market America 2012 World Conference in Miami, Florida, Motives for La La is a collaboration between Ridinger and La La Anthony, actress and star of VH1’s hit series La La’s Full Court Life. The two longtime friends created a line of makeup that emphasizes colors and products for women of all shades, due to the lack of prominence many beauty lines place on darker skin tones.

The new products, personally chosen by Loren and La La, are inspired by the newest, hottest trends, and feature new eyeshadows, lipsticks, lip shines and more, all with beneficial mineral formulas.

“I can’t tell you how excited I am about the newest collection of Motives for La La and all of the great new products,” Anthony said. “It’s hard to believe that just six months ago I was in Miami introducing this great product line, and to see how popular the line has become is truly inspiring.”

In addition, Ridinger ushered in a new phase of global expansion for the Motives by Loren Ridinger brand, announcing that MotivesCosmetics.com (http://www.motivescosmetics.com) would go international. The website expansion will begin with the United Kingdom, and shortly thereafter customers in all seven countries where Motives products are currently sold will be able to make purchase through their own unique website. This, in addition to recent brand expansions into the United Kingdom and Mexico, provide Motives with new audiences, new followers and new admirers.
