TLS® Weight Loss Solution Introduces Winners of First-Ever Find Your Fit Challenge, Awards More Than $15,000 in Cash and Prizes

TLS® Weight Loss Solution, a division of Market America, Inc., announced today the winners of its first-ever TLS Find Your Fit Challenge, a 12-week contest designed to help those looking to improve their overall health by losing weight utilizing the program.

Christy Thompson of Winder, Georgia, was crowned the winner of the TLS Find Your Fit Challenge and awarded a $2,500 first-place prize in front of 20,000 people at Market America 2012 International Convention, which is being held at the Greensboro Coliseum this week.

Over the 12-week challenge, Thompson lost 50 pounds, dropping her waist from a size 16 to a size 6. Thompson credited TLS Weight Loss System with her new, healthier lifestyle that helped her achieve “astounding” weight loss success and her amazing physical transformation.

“This is not just a new chapter in my life, but a new book! Everything has changed in a positive way,” Thompson said. “This has become so much more than just a weight loss program. It’s changing peoples’ lives.” *

Launched in February at Market America 2012 World Conference in Miami, the TLS Find Your Fit Challenge is a 12-week campaign designed to reward participants for both body and life transformations. Participants were judged on their weight loss progress, as well as their stories of inspiration and motivation.

The challenge was separated into two groups – individuals and teams – and the TLS Weight Loss Solution corporate team selected finalists for each group. Three individuals were recognized, as well as two teams. In all, TLS awarded more than $15,000 in cash and prizes to those who participated.

“This challenge is about more than getting people to lose weight or buy into a program,” said Lydia Martinez, director of TLS Weight Loss Solution. “It’s about getting people to buy into themselves and their ability to make lasting change happen.

In addition to Thompson, Brennen Joski of New Franken, Wisconsin, and Tamara Nazworth of Sarasota, FL, were recognized for their individual efforts. Brian Veros, Deanna Newberry, Ross Strawbrich, and Kathe Hood, all of upstate New York, were recognized as team challenge winners, and will split the $10,000 first-place prize.

Martinez also announced that the second TLS Find Your Fit Challenge will begin this fall, with even larger prizes. The 12-week Fall Challenge, which will award more than $30,000 in cash and prizes, will once again be open to individuals and teams.
