Maluuba Inc. today announced the release of its Android personal assistant product for the UK and Australia markets. Initially available in the US and Canadian Google Play Store, Maluuba allows people to easily stay organized and quickly get things done on the go. All of this can be accomplished by speaking what's on the user’s mind to the phone. For instance, user can ask, "What movies are playing in London this week?" and Maluuba understands that they are looking for movie show times in London, England and presents them with a listing of movies playing. Maluuba helps users schedule appointments, place calls, check the weather, find businesses and restaurants, discover concerts and entertainment events happening, set reminders, Tweet a message and more. Many results can be instantly shared with friends on social networks including Facebook, Twitter and through email or text message, making it easy to coordinate gatherings with their friends. Users can also interact with Maluuba using touch, perfect for times when it may not be appropriate to speak to their phone such as in noisy environments or during a meeting.

In addition to supporting a variety of everyday tasks, Maluuba makes a wealth of organization tools accessible via voice and touch, allowing people to stay organized on the go. The timeline view shows all alarms, meetings and reminders they have for the day at a glance. Maluuba can also integrate results it provides into their everyday activities. For instance, if a user sees a movie they want to watch, they can press one button to schedule the movie into their calendar. All the relevant details of the movie including movie title, show time, duration, theater and other details are added to the event in their calendar. They can even invite friends to the event and an invitation with these details will be sent to them via email.

"We've received a lot of positive feedback from the Android community," said Sam Pasupalak CEO of Maluuba Inc. "We are excited to open Maluuba up to the wider global audience."

Maluuba is a free Android application available in United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Ireland via the Google Play Store at http://maluu.ba/get
