In HP's financial year 2008, HP's total contract value for managed print services in Asia Pacific grew by 108%(1) over the financial year 2007.

Dongkuk Steel Group (Korea) improved efficiency in device management and right-sized the printing fleet with a 42.5% reduction in printing hardware, and improved document security by ensuring data confidentiality through the network. Harvey Norman OFIS (Australia), a subsidiary of retailer Harvey Norman that provides photo and document printing services, leveraged HP's proven print assessment methodology to manage its printing fleet. Working together, a tailored solution was developed leveraging the right products and relevant applications, wrapped in a services package which allowed Harvey Norman OFIS to focus on their business, while leaving the maintenance, support and consumables to HP.
