Long View Systems (Long View) announced today that it has achieved the Managed Services Master Certification from Cisco. This certification recognizes Long View's investment in the managed service ITIL® processes, practices and tools necessary to provide high quality managed services.
"We're tremendously honored to receive this level of recognition from Cisco. It speaks directly to Long View's commitment to being a leading Cisco partner and to the success of our customers through the development of sales and support opportunities for the advanced technology solutions driving business today," said Kent MacDonald, vice president of infrastructure solutions at Long View. "This will enable us to pass these solutions to clients at significant cost savings while serving as a testament to the commitment and expertise that we've demonstrated to Cisco and the entire IT Services industry."
As a Cisco Managed Services Master Certified Partner, Long View Systems has demonstrated the ability to deliver sophisticated solutions, met stringent requirements that reflect a depth of capabilities, and undergone an independent audit by an objective third-party auditor. Long View was also required to offer at least two managed services using the resources and procedures necessary to deploy, manage and support Cisco solutions.
"Long View's investment in the Cisco Managed Services Master Certification ranks it among an elite group of channel partners with the resources to deploy, manage and support services for multiple technologies," said Edison Peres, senior vice president of the worldwide channels go-to-market group at Cisco.
