According to Ventana Research, total compensation management is a required foundation to advance the basics of talent management and to fully optimize the investment in a workforce. However, according to Ventana Research's new benchmark research, "Total Compensation Management: The Cornerstone of Talent and Workforce Performance Management," while more than two-thirds of respondents recognize the importance of using total compensation management solutions compared to piecemeal approaches, only 40 percent of participants are confident in the effectiveness of their current approaches to compensation management.
