Camstar Quality replaces the manufacturer's current mix of paper-based and semi-automated quality systems at their primary factory. The new platform provides a single, global system to manage all of the factory's quality incidents including quality deviation notices and their corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). It enables rapid identification, containment, risk assessment, and corrective and preventive action methods to minimize the scope, impact and number of product quality issues.
