Electricals specialist, Maplin, has approached Summit to help transform its multichannel retail business. Summit, the online marketing, and digital consultancy specialist for retail, will help Maplin define and deliver a multichannel strategy for accelerated growth.
The review will focus on Maplin’s online business, digital marketing and underlying technology using Summit’s Total Retail Transformation service. This service looks beyond the multichannel systems that a business has in place to take an overview of the complete customer experience across all retail avenues – in-store and online – with full integration and the agility to adapt to changing customer needs.
