"Bringing together a number of homes in similar price ranges and locations along with art, wine, food and fashion accessories provides more appeal and fun for brokers and buyers alike to come visit the properties.
One seller is announcing a "Try It On Soiree" as an additional feature. People don't buy a new car, a pair of shoes or a timeshare without trying them first. But one of the Marin West Side homeowners on the tour has decided to offer a special "Try it On" opportunity to interested and qualified buyers. The "Try it On Soiree*" is a three-hour wine and appetizer event for the potential buyer and 20 of their friends to experience and enjoy the house for an evening.
"When I am shopping for a house I find myself spending time in the home thinking about what it would be like to really live there," said Rhonda Shantz, 101 Chula Vista home owner. "This house is great for entertaining family and friends, has spectacular views and decks for guests to meet and mingle, so I thought it would really help today's buyers to 'try the home on' so they could see how they will enjoy it before they purchase."
