We’re not just a software company
Boston, MA (PRWEB) June 26, 2008
Aquent’s On Demand Division has launched a series of free monthly training webinars for RoboHead, Aquent’s web-based marketing project management tool, to ensure users are taking full advantage of the solution’s capabilities. The first thirty-minute webinar, ''Project Initiation: Different Techniques To Start Your Project Off Right,'' is scheduled for Tuesday, July 15, 2008. The webinar will be held three times to accommodate RoboHead’s global client base. Succeeding monthly topics include ''Insider Time-Saving Tips'' and ''Schedules: Keeping Your Project and Team on Track.''
“RoboHead is an extraordinarily robust marketing project management tool that helps marketing and creative services teams manage the full life cycle of their projects,” said Chris Moody, President of Aquent’s On Demand division. “As comprehensive as our initial training sessions are, users can’t possibly retain everything they were taught. They typically master only those critical tasks needed to immediately run their departments or agencies more efficiently. With these free training webinars customers can hone their existing skills and add new ones.” As an example, Moody cited one customer who selected RoboHead for its online collaboration tools and focused exclusively on those capabilities at the outset. “It was only after additional training that they discovered how valuable the templating feature was to help develop best practices around project schedules,” said Moody.
Offering free online training for RoboHead users confirms the company’s service-oriented philosophy. “We’re not just a software company,” observed Moody. “We’re a service provider, vested in our customers’ long-term success. Long after RoboHead is purchased we continue to help customers make the most of their investment.”
