In their most recent production, the brokerage has chosen to place the spotlight on Marriott Vacation Club’s Newport Coast Villas located beachside in Southern California. The first part of the video tours a 2 bedroom villa, showing the various in-suite accommodations offered. Then, the video reveals shots of the resort’s on-site amenities, and tries to give the viewer the feeling of simply walking through the property. Ultimately, the video concludes with a time-lapse view of the Pacific Ocean as seen from the villa's private balcony.
The company has produced the video in the effort of helping all travelers more easily experience this Marriott Vacation Club timeshare resort. Having to rely on the developer’s pictures, or the often blurry, low-quality videos posted by other traveler’s handycams for information doesn’t give a prospective buyer the feel of actually visiting the property. With the company using high definition camera equipment and professionally recorded voice-overs, this particular production aims to offer a more digestible view of the property than what has been previously available. The company hopes that by demonstrating what it’s like to step into your own private villa, in a clear manner, they can more effectively tell the story of the timeshare owner’s experience.
