California Massage Envy Spas confirm participation in “Healing Hands For Arthritis” Charity Event

Massage Envy Spa, a national sponsor of the Arthritis Foundation’s signature event, Arthritis Walk, is teaming with the Arthritis Foundation once again to host the 2nd annual “Healing Hands for Arthritis”, a one-day national event designed to heighten awareness and raise funds to fight arthritis.

On September 19, 2012, all California Massage Envy clinics will donate $10 from every one-hour massage or facial session directly to the Arthritis Foundation. Additionally, Murad, Massage Envy’s exclusive skin care partner, will be matching Massage Envy’s effort by donating 10% of all sales of skincare products sold at Massage Envy Spa locations during this event to the Arthritis Foundation.

Massage therapy can play a very important role in alleviating the pain and swelling caused by arthritis by improving flexibility and circulation, while reducing stress and anxiety. The Massage Envy Spas in California encourage all guests to make reservations now for September 19th and help support the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide efforts to fund research, improve arthritic care, and ultimately, find a cure.
