Maui Wowi welcomes new franchisee Vinay Chadha into the 'ohana!

The difference with owning my own business is that the challenges and growth are limited only to the extent of my hard work and dedication.

Maui Wowi Hawaiian brings on board Vinay Chadha as the company’s latest franchisee from Chula Vista in Southern California. A former member of the U.S. Navy, Chadha is one of a growing number of veterans to choose franchising with the international coffee and smoothie company.

“I have always wanted to own my own business for as long as I can remember and I feel privileged to have been given the opportunity of a lifetime with Maui Wowi,” said Chadha.

With 8 years of experience serving in the military as an aviation electronics technician, Chadha went to work for the Department of Veterans Affairs where he quickly rose through the ranks. His analytical mind means he pays great attention to detail, finding the strategy to master a challenge.

While lots of people talk about starting a business, Chadha has realized that it takes a certain type of person to actually take that leap. He found that for most people, it’s simply easier to work for someone else. But Chadha is not most people and says he’s willing to give it his all.

“The difference with owning my own business is that the challenges and growth are limited only to the extent of my hard work and dedication,” said Chadha.

Chadha and his wife, Yessica, will work together to establish the business. Starting out with a mobile Ka’anapali Cart, he plans to handle the logistics and network to grow their list of opportunities as Yessica operates the mobile cart at events and brings the authentic Hawaiian coffees and fresh fruit smoothies to their community.

“I chose Maui Wowi because of the ease and flexibility of the operation,” said Chadha. “I will always give 110 percent to my business and do whatever is necessary to make it successful. At the end of the day it’s drive, dedication and good old fashioned hard work that will prevail.”

Maui Wowi Hawaiian has been rated a Top Military Friendly Franchise by G.I. Jobs and continues to help facilitate the transition of military members into business ownership. Chadha brings a structured approach that has already proven to take him to the top. He isn’t just talking about starting a business; he is actually doing it.
