MB Banking Center Managers Bos and Dwyer Promoted to Vice President

Both are award-winning managers and acknowledged business leaders of the Northwest region.

Chicago-based MB Financial Bank has promoted Banking Center Managers Marcin Bos of Hoffman Estates, Ill. and Ania Dwyer of St. Charles, Ill. to vice president.

Bos joined MB in 2001 as a customer service associate and worked his way up to banking center manager in 2007. He currently manages two MB banking centers in Mount Prospect and Vernon Hills. In 2010 the Mount Prospect Chamber of Commerce proclaimed him Large Business Partner of the Year and in 2011 MB named him MB Banking Center Manager of the Year for the NW Region. Bos earned a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University and a General Manager Certificate from Harper College. He is on the Board of Directors of the Mount Prospect Chamber, the Mount Prospect Downtown Merchants Association and the Rotary Club of Mount Prospect/Arlington Heights Sunrise.

Ania Dwyer has ten years of experience in retail banking and went through MB’s retail leadership development program from 2006 to 2007. In 2012 MB named Dwyer MB Banking Center Manager of the Year for the Northwest region and she earned the title of MB Business Banking Champion twice in that same year.

Born in Legnica, Poland, she graduated in the top 5% of her class from DePaul University with bachelor’s degrees in both marketing and management.
