Corey J. Roberts of Palatine was recently named vice president, commercial banking at MB Financial Bank. He is located in Vernon Hills at 1620 North Milwaukee Ave.

Roberts brings almost a decade of banking experience to MB. Before joining the organization, he was assistant vice president at Village Bank & Trust, a Wintrust bank. Prior to that, Roberts worked at a subsidiary of Ameriquest Mortgage. He earned a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Northern Illinois University. Currently, Roberts is a member of Buzz, a philanthropic group of dedicated professionals in Arlington Heights.
