Oliva will focus on building McDermott Associates' sales incentive plan design capabilities and will consult with the firm's clients on career ladders, pay for performance, and compensation philosophy. He will provide the firm's clients with turnkey solutions for sales incentive programs, from design through executive approval, financial modeling, communication planning, rollout, and post-implementation analysis.

A longstanding member of the American Compensation Association, now World at Work, Oliva has earned the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designation, in addition to his CCP. Oliva is a member of the New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA). He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University at Buffalo and his Masters of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ.
