AUSTIN, Texas & SOPHIA-ANTIPOLIS, France (Business Wire EON) February 6, 2008 --    The interoperability between Media Excel and UDcast will enable increased flexibility for DVB-H network providers and further establish Media Excel's leadership in the Mobile TV DVB-H transcoding market.
